Heilongjiang has recently founded a provincial medical care exchange association in its capital city of Harbin, aiming to promote all-around exchanges and cooperation for talented professionals in the health and medical care sector.

The association was founded against the backdrop of China’s new health blueprint, "Healthy China 2030”.

The blueprint urged the promotion of public health in China, and the optimization of the public health system. It also encouraged citizens to follow the government’s leadership, encouraging all people to participate and expand international exchanges in the health sector.

The founding of the association is an active response to the blueprint and an important effort to implement the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, and to improve people's health.
