Harbin solicits opinions on projects for 2017

The Harbin government has encouraged all citizens to give their suggestions to municipal engineering programs, the New Evening Post reported.
Citizens can submit their suggestions on which projects they would like the government to launch in 2017, citizens can give their advice on how to improve their living conditions, expand their employment opportunities, enrich cultural activities and promote educational development.
Suggestions are welcome until Nov 15, and citizens can email them to huimin2017@sohu.com
They can also send a letter directly to the municipal government or leave a message on the Harbin government website. Online messages can be left in a special section of the website dedicated to projects that will be launched during 2017.
Letters can be sent to: Room No 2317, Shiji Road, Songbei District, Harbin.
