Are you frustrated with the difficulties of finding a parking space in downtown Harbin? Multi-functional parking lot guide plates have been built on Guogeli Avenue to display the remaining number of parking places in nearby parking lots.
This is the first time that Harbin city has set up second level parking lot guide plates. It will also build two additional plates on Xianfeng Road and Dacheng Street in the near future.
Usually Harbin only sets up third level parking lots guide plates, which only show the remaining number of parking places at the entrance of parking lots. Sometimes, car drivers become angry upon finding there are no parking spaces at the entrance of the lots. Then they have no choice but to try to find another one.
There are three levels of guide plates for the parking lots, one for each level. First level parking lot guide plates can indicate the road direction, and also the number of parking spaces across several parking lots. The second level parking lot guide plates can show more than two parking lots, and also indicates the number of parking spaces in these lots. However, the third level can only indicates one parking lot and the parking spaces left.
