Heilongjiang governor, Lu Hao, made an inspection tour of Hua’nan town in Harbin on Nov 26.

Lu visited the building materials market, and the college students’ business incubator and e-commerce base in the town.

He also visited the green food town, which is currently under construction, and learnt about the current status of businesses in the town. Lu asked about the difficulties owners had in running their businesses.

After hearing a report during the symposium, Lu pointed out that Hua’nan town is of great importance for the industrial development of Harbin’s eastern regions. Lu claimed that the Heilongjiang government pays special attention to the building of Hua’nan town.

He encouraged everyone to get to grips with the new challenges of the Chinese economy and take active measures to cope with difficulties.

He urged the construction of a wholesale and retail system, along with an international exposition town for organic food.

He also called for the combination of the use of both online and offline sales channels, and the full use of human resources from Heilongjiang colleges to make contributions to the development of Hua’nan town.
