Harbin to hold photography contest

Harbin will shortly hold a photography contest and is now collecting photographs from the public.
The contest, themed “Harbin in the Sun”, is being jointly held by Harbin Daily and Harbin Cultural and Tourism Town.
The photographs will focus on the beautiful landscape of the city, along with photographs of people. It is hoped that the photographs will represent the spirit of Harbin and its residents.
The first prize will be 10,000 yuan ($1,450), and the second prize will be 5,000 yuan. Only one person can win the first prize and two people can win the second prize. A further five people can compete for the third prize, with the winners each receiving 1,000 yuan. Twenty people will also receive souvenirs worth 500 yuan.
Those who are interested in the contest can add the WeChat account “hbcngzs”, which is the official photo sharing account of Harbin Daily, and reply with the Chinese word “万达”.
Then you can get an application form, and by filling in the form, you can submit your work.
Those who want to take part in the contest have to submit their application form and photographs before Dec 9.
