Zhang Xianyou, vice mayor of Harbin, took an inspection tour of the security of the sports program in Harbin’s Xiangfang district.

He paid visit to the ski fields and listened to a work report on the snow and ice activities conducted by the district’s cultural and sports bureau.

Zhang confirmed the work that Xiangfang’s district government has done in ice field security management, and noted that all departments should attach higher importance to security as the ice and snow projects build further.
