Heilongjiang plans to establish a family file system for parents who have lost their only child or have a disabled child, Harbin Daily reported.

The file will help the families to solve difficulties when they are in need.

The file will include basic information in addition to social insurance and whether they have received financial support from the government.

Every bereaved family will have a daily contact person. When these families meet with difficulties, the contact person will pay a visit and help them to solve problems, especially when they have accidents or suffer from sever diseases.
