Harbin will build an education system through the platform, on which both teachers and students can have their own lesson preparation and study spaces.

Teachers can write their electronic teaching plans on the platform, upload their teaching videos and correct homework from their students.

After registration, students have access to the personal teaching evaluation system and can watch to videos online.

An app software has also been created for parents to download and install on their mobile phones.

The Harbin government will invest in the platform, relying on their big data industry advantages.
