People who studied abroad encouraged to start businesses

Heilongjiang has enacted a new policy to support students who have returned from overseas to start businesses in Harbin.
Around 300,000 yuan ($4.3672) of financial support will be given to those who meet certain standards.
Those who want to apply for the funding should be a legal representative of a company with a master’s degree or above. Meanwhile, the applicant should also hold independent intellectual property rights or a patent to an invention.
Furthermore, they should also be familiar with the business sector they are intending to operate in, as well as the rules of international trade.
Individuals should have good management skills, and those who have business experience abroad are preferred.
