A man proposes marriage to his girlfriend at the Jiuzhan Park along the Songhua River in Harbin, Heilongjiang province on Feb 28. Yu Lei, a Harbin native, and Lily from Russia, are colleagues at a Harbin company. Lily has been working in Harbin for nearly a year. With the encouragement of friends and colleagues, Yu planned the marriage proposal without telling his girlfriend. When meeting with her boyfriend at the Jiuzhan Park, Lily was surprised to see her boyfriend holding a bunch of flowers and a ring in his hands.
