A Heilongjiang media delegation visited Harbin-based Sanctity Biological Pharmaceutical (HSBPC) on April 13, as a part of its spring celebration tour of the northeasterly province.

The pharmaceutical producer has been operating in Heilongjiang since 1996, and operates fully-automated production lines and intelligent control systems to deliver a vast range of products and medicine.

Operating with a registered capital of 100 million yuan ($15 million), HSBPC integrates R&D and sales for Chinese tradition medicine, biochemistry, hydro-acupuncture, needle sterilization, and transfusion fluids among others.

In its 21 years of operation, HSBPC has become a pharmaceutical leader in Heilongjiang, generating sales of over 1 billion yuan for its natural preparation for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.

The company’s staff numbers are expanding at a rate of 10 percent year-on-year, with salaries growing, as well as offering a host of benefits including insurance and housing subsidies.

A spokesperson for HSBPC said that it would continue to integrate its business model with the development of new medicines and pharmaceuticals to help boost Heilongjiang’s economic development.
