The Heilongjiang branch of the China Construction Bank (CCB) held a project signing ceremony on April 25 to establish a cooperative partnership for a campus card program with the Harbin Institute of Information Technology (HIIT).

Zhu Botao, vice-director of CCB’s Heilongjiang branch, attended the ceremony. Jiang Zongsheng, head of HIIT, delivered a speech before the signing.

Other representatives attending the ceremony included Dong Shuang, manager of the CCB Heilongjiang branch business department, Liu Songtao, deputy head of the Xiangfang branch of CCB, and Guang Liping, managing vice president of HIIT.

The campus card project is big step for both CCB’s Heilongjiang branch and HIIT, marking a starting point for the two sides to deepen cooperation and achieve joint development.
