Harbin's Songbei Shangri-La Hotel and Shenyang Shangri-La Hotel have invited Indian chef Mukesh Panwar to cook Indian food for all guests visiting the hotel from June 16 to June 30.
Mukesh, with 18 years of cooking experience, will demonstrate his exquisite culinary skills in Mughlai cuisine, providing Harbin residents with authentic Indian dishes such as creamed chicken, kabobs and mutton curry.
Indian cuisine is often very spicy, and dietary habits vary greatly among Indian people based on their region and chosen religious beliefs. Mughlai cuisine comes from northern India, where food tends to be milder than in the south.
