Mediterranean sunshine community in Harbin’s Songbei district has recently partnered with a property management company to provide better services for residents.
The community was established on Aug 25, 2013, and covers an area of 240,000 square meters. It is currently home to over 5,000 residents.
The community has a service hall equipped with electronic screens and six service windows where residents can seek assistance. Volunteer services are also accessible to residents.
In cooperation with the School of Law at Harbin University of Commerce, the community has been offering legal education since May 2014, to enhance residents’ knowledge of the law, as well as to help solve legal issues.
In the style of a local school, the community organizes various activities and lectures to meet people’s educational needs.
A property management company assisted with the community’s construction and currently helps manage the complex. Community sanitation, infrastructure and security are the responsibility of the company.
