In an effort to meet the goal of being a national civilized city, Harbin’s Songbei district is offering more of its services over the internet.
The government’s rights and responsibilities have also now been published online to enable people to better understand how government works.
The implementation of an online system makes administrative examination and approval faster and more convenient. For the convenience of companies registering online, web links to relative departments are also provided.
By June 2 this year, more than 3,000 business registration applications had been received, one third of which were handled online.
Besides improving online services, Songbei district will also upgrade its government service hall, and make continued efforts to construct a civilized city.
