Harbin Hulan Xihuan Mall Co Ltd is one of the key business and culture industry projects in Hulan district. Since its founding in 2013, it the mall has been carrying out socialist core values in depth and dedicating itself to social welfare causes.

Helping fitness and infrastructure construction

In response to the government's call of "improving people's health and bringing football to the campus", Xihuan Mall invested 3 million yuan ($440,000) in building the only charity-funded football field in Heilongjiang province. It also donated 100 benches and built two public reading areas in parks and squares.

Advancing young people's education



Xihuan Mall has been committed to helping young people with difficulties in their lives and education for many years.
