The Harbin Urban Management Supervision Command Center was established in 2006 to assume digital management services and technical support responsibilities. In the past 11 years, the command center has focused on the wisdom of urban construction and the city's urban management tasks and requirements. It actively uses information management means to continue to promote the construction of an integrated management platform, and vigorously expands the field of civil service space to provide strong technical support and protection of information services as part of the city’s bid to become a national civilized city.
