To create an easier trade environment, China and Russia will cooperate on standardizing customs clearance orders, simplifying customs procedures and enhancing customs clearance efficiency.

“We will cooperate with Russia’s Far East Customs in rapidly developing customs clearance, cross-border e-commerce, cross-border transportation of internal trade goods, and assistance in clearance affairs, to advance connectivity between the two sides”, said Jin Yanyong, director of Harbin Customs.

Director of Russia’s Far East Customs said that the conference plays an important role in advancing cooperation between the customs of Russia’s Far East and Northeast China, and the finalized consensus will foster a better clearance environment for promoting regional economic growth.
