Lvbo Community of Acheng District was established in November 2001. The community now has 3,015 households with 8,439 residents. The community has made significant progress in socialist core value publicity, community volunteer service activities and minor education.

Cultural construction guided by socialist core value

The community takes advantage of public areas to promote ideological and political education. Residents of the community learn about the core of Jin Dynasty (1115-1234) culture and apply it to the spirit of Harbin.


Acheng is the home of engraving art in China and Lvbo Community has hosted a number of activities featuring this art form for local residents.

Activities such as a photo exhibition, lectures and legal education sessions have also been held to enrich the cultural life of the community.

Volunteering services, cultural and sports activities

There are five volunteering service teams in the community to serve local residents. Cultural and sports activities are also being held regularly and bring residents closer together.
