Nangang district in Harbin held a photography competition themed “the image of Nangang district”, arousing great interest among Harbin residents.
As of Oct 17, some 2,000 photography works reflecting the achievements of Nangang district made on politics, economy, people’s livelihood, culture, science and technology, have been sent to the sponsors since the start of the photography competition in July.
