Parking garage at Harbin Railway Station opened to public

The underground parking garage at Harbin Railway Station opened to public on Oct 12. It is currently available for taxis only for test runs.
The garage has two floors. The first floor serves as an area for receiving passenger arrivals, and the second floor is for picking up.
The whole garage has four entry point and exits, and it can accommodate up to 643 cars at a time.
Private cars are advised to park at the parking space on the northern square in front of the station’s building to pick up passengers till the test run is over.
