Harbin conducts fire inspection action

To guarantee fire safety in Harbin, Heilongjiang province, the city’s public security and firefighting bureaus are jointly conducting a fire inspection action, which runs from Oct 16 to 25.
Firefighting facilities and emergency exits in densely populated public areas in urban areas of Harbin will be carefully checked. Staff members in the areas will also be given training on how to operate fire extinguishers and organize emergency evacuations.
