Sightseeing tower provides panoramic views of Songhua River

Harbin residents will soon have access to panoramic views of the scenery along the north section of Songhua River, as a sightseeing tower in Zhongdong Railway Park is nearing completion.
The sightseeing tower has a 100-square meter sightseeing platform 39 meters above the ground. Tourists will have a great view of the scenery of Songhua River and Zhongdong Railway Park through the three glass walls installed on the platform.
The tower highlights two cable-stayed elevators, the first of this type in Harbin.
Currently, the interior of the sightseeing tower is being decorated, and the outside lights on the tower have been installed. The tower is illuminated at night time.
