Volunteers distribute breakfast for sanitation workers and the elderly in Daoli district, Harbin on Nov 5. As the temperature in Harbin dropped to 6 C, a restaurant on No 233, Anning Street started to provide free breakfast for local sanitation workers and elderly residents.
