Winter sports welcome disabled in Harbin

An ice dragon boat competition is held at Hekou Park in Harbin, Northeast China’s Heilongjiang province on Dec 14. Due to its advantageous location, Heilongjiang has rich ice and snow resources, making it an ideal destination for winter sports.
