Harbin’s Siberian tigers train for the wild

A Siberian tiger hunts at Harbin’s Siberian Tiger Park on Jan 28. With falling temperatures in Northeast China’s Heilongjiang province, Harbin is experiencing a particularly cold winter. Breeders from the Siberian Tiger Park –– the world's largest Siberian tiger breeding and field training center located on the north bank of Songhua River in Harbin –– started to train Siberian tigers in an outdoor environment, in order to improve the tigers’ hunting skills and resistance to cold.
