New right-turn lane to ease traffic pressure

Cars use a new right-turn lane at the intersection of Qinghua Avenue, Haxi Avenue and Harbin Street on April 9. The newly-built lane was opened to traffic on April 9, allowing cars driving from Haxi Avenue to Qinghua Avenue to turn right directly.
