China Southern Airlines opened flights linking Harbin in Northeast China’s Heilongjiang province, and Wuhan in Central China’s Hubei province, to London on May 30.
The new service is being offered to meet increasing demands for Chinese students studying in the UK.
The Wuhan-London service uses an Airbus A-330-200 and runs every Monday, Wednesday and Friday as CZ673/4.
Passengers in Harbin who need to head to London can transfer at Wuhan Tianhe Airport; qualified passengers can enjoy free accommodation provided by China Southern Airlines.
There are three to four flights operating by China Southern Airlines running between Harbin and Wuhan every day.
Currently, to promote the newly-opened Harbin-Wuhan-London route, passengers can enjoy a preferential price of 1,200 yuan ($187.50) for round-trip tickets.
