A total of 12 unlicensed construction projects in Qunli Residential Community, Daoli district of Harbin were dismantled on June 5 in an effort for the community to create a cleaner and safer living environment.
The dismantled construction projects cover an area of 180 square meters, including balconies, garages and anterooms.
The projects not only intrude on the public space and the interests of other residents in the community, but also bring potential safety risks.
Three other unlicensed construction projects were torn down by the owners earlier.
