Harbin, Qitaihe cooperate on new zone construction

Harbin Economic and Technological Development Zone recently signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Qitaihe Economic Development Zone on Jan 20, China.com.cn reported.
According to the agreement, the two sides will engage in scientific and technological cooperation, industrial coordination, trade exchanges, personnel training, and institutional innovation cooperation in a bid to boost development of Harbin’s new zones.
