Outdoor market shines at Songbei Shangri-La Hotel

The Songbei Shangri-La Hotel in Harbin, capital of Northeast China’s Heilongjiang province, opened an outdoor market on June 24, hotel officials announced.
The market, operating every Friday and Saturday from 17:30, has an outdoor drive-in cinema, a dining area and a stall area.
As the first drive-in cinema in Harbin city, the new facility at the Songbei Shangri-La Hotel has a large LED screen and boasts FM stereo audio. A total of 45 viewing bays for cars have been set up, allowing people to enjoy an audio-visual feast while keeping a safe social distance during the novel coronavirus prevention and control period.
The dining area features barbecue food supplied by a local well-known barbecue restaurant and northeastern cuisine stir fry dishes.
