The 2021 Harbin Snow and Ice Expo is scheduled to be held at Harbin International Exhibition and Convention Center on Jan 3-8, according to Harbin Council for the Promotion of International Trade.

The theme of the ice and snow expo is "seeking a new pattern of development to promote the revitalization of the ice and snow economy". It will be sponsored by the Harbin municipal people's government and organized by the Harbin Council for the Promotion of International Trade.

The expo is committed to creating a world-class professional ice and snow industry festival, promoting the upgrading of the ice and snow industry, driving the market cooperation of ice and snow projects, and providing a source of power for accelerating the formation of a new pattern of internal circulation ice and snow industry development.

The planned exhibition area of the expo is 25,000 square meters, with more than 500 booths being set up to display achievements in various fields such as ice and snow-related equipment, technology, sports, trade, culture, clothing and apparel.

During the expo, a rich variety of other activities will take place. Among them are the Harbin International Ice and Snow Economic Development Summit Forum, the Harbin International Ice and Snow Clothing New Product Display and Fashion Show, purchasing matchmaking meetings and product release conferences.

Meanwhile, the expo will build a digital cloud platform for the first time, allowing exhibitors and visitors to participate in exhibitions anytime and anywhere through the online platform, remotely meeting the needs of product exhibition, deal negotiation and project matchmaking.

The logo designed for the expo was also revealed on Nov 23.
