Subdistricts in Harbin downgraded to low risk for COVID-19

As of Thursday, there have been no high-risk areas labeled across the country.
The last four medium-risk areas are in the provinces of Hebei, Jilin and Heilongjiang, and the city of Shanghai, respectively.
Data from the provincial health commission showed that Heilongjiang had reported no new locally transmitted COVID-19 cases since Feb 6.
As of Thursday, there are 41 locally confirmed cases, 50 asymptomatic carriers and one imported case in the province, the commission said.
Harbin has taken measures to further upgrade its public housing rental security mechanism.
The Harbin City Social Credit System Construction Promotion Regulations were formally implemented on Feb 1.
