Harbin Polar Park, the second phase of Harbin Polarland, opened to the public on March 12 following a 14-month construction period.

Harbin Polarland is the world's first performing polar animal park, and the newly-opened Harbin Polar Park is the first polar tourist resort in China.

It features a beluga-shaped main building, the world’s largest beluga underwater show, the world’s first polar bear-themed hotel and nearly 10,000 rare polar marine animals from close to 100 species.

Additionally, a polar-themed walking street was opened in the park, highlighting delicious dishes and snacks.

Many internet celebrity check-in locations will be successively opened, such as the Penguin Ice Factory, Penguin FAN, Beluga Family Restaurant and Dolphin Interactive Restaurant.

Starting from March 13, Harbin Polar Park is open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The performance schedule is available on the official WeChat account of Harbin Polar Park.

Responding to the government's pandemic control requirements, Harbin Polar Park will strictly implement virus management and control measures such as ticket appointments and restrictions on visitor numbers.

The tourist reception volume of Harbin Polar Park should not exceed 30 percent of its maximum capacity. Tickets are not being sold at offline windows and should be booked in advance through the official WeChat account of Harbin Polar Park.
