Summer of Harbin Concert to commence in August

The news was stated at a press conference held in Beijing on July 28.
This year's concert promotes the integration of professional performances and cultural activities and the deep integration of culture, tourism, and fashion.
The concert will consist of seven sections, including opening theatrical performances, national performances, mass cultural activities, a "Glory 100 Years" series of performances, and "East Asian Cultural Capital" city-specific performances and forums.
This year's concert has been extended from 15 days to three months, from July to September, and will feature professionals and amateurs, elegant music and popular music, indoor and outdoor performances, cultural activities, and economic and trade tourism.
Additionally, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the Harbin municipal government will continue to hold the 14th National Vocal Performance and the 2nd National Excellent Musical Performance alongside the 35th Summer of Harbin Concert.
A total of six concerts and nine musicals will be staged during the two aforementioned activities.
These works are meant to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and the building of a well-off society.
