Bus passenger stations in the city of Harbin, capital of China's northernmost Heilongjiang province, recently resumed the pre-sale of tickets within 10 days.

Passengers can book bus tickets through the Heilongjiang Bus "龙江巴士" WeChat account.

Meanwhile, the previous "handling fee-free" refund policy of booked bus tickets has been terminated.

This is in response to the improved Covid-19 situation.

In order to ensure the safety of passengers, all passenger stations continue to follow the requirements of epidemic prevention and control in low-risk areas, disinfecting passenger stations every six hours.

Disinfection is aimed at areas frequently contacted by staff, which include closed parking lots, vehicle safety inspection sites, station attendant rooms, driving lounges, dispatch rooms, and outbound inspection rooms.

It also includes areas frequently visited by passengers, including closed entry and exit gates, ticket windows and gates, passenger drop-off areas, waiting halls, public restrooms, luggage consignments, luggage storage, comprehensive service counters, maternity and baby rooms, station restaurants, and shops.

Disinfection of the interior of buses' carriages will be carried out every time they run.

In addition, observation areas and isolation areas have been set up at passenger stations, and passenger vehicles that aren't disinfected or ventilated are not allowed to enter the stations. Passengers and drivers cannot leave the stations without wearing a mask.
