China's Harbin adds 5 medium-risk COVID-19 areas

Also on day, the city added a high-risk area in Xinglong township of Bayan county.
The city reported eight newly confirmed COVID-19 cases on Friday.
The added five areas rated as medium risk are Haopeng Century Garden Community, Henglong Garden Community in Xinglong town, Bayan county; Zhongxing Jiayuan Community and Shenglong International Community in Bayan town; as well as Xiangjiang Shuian Community in Mulan town in Mulan county.
