Harbin starts mass nucleic acid testing

Harbin, capital of China's northernmost Heilongjiang province, started mass nucleic acid testing on the evening of Oct 30.
Heilongjiang province on Oct 30 reported 26 new locally transmitted COVID-19 cases and one asymptomatic case. All cases were registered in the city of Heihe.
This round of nucleic acid testing covers all people in the jurisdiction of Harbin.
In order to ensure that every last person undergoes nucleic acid testing, Longjiang health code management will be implemented.
Those who have not undergone nucleic acid testing in accordance with the requirements of epidemic prevention and control will be given a yellow health code.
Everybody must be tested at the designated location as soon as possible.
If the test comes back negative, the health code will be changed to green.
Meanwhile, the city's COVID-19 vaccination work has been suspended for three days to focus on nucleic acid testing.
