Harbin Ice and Snow World to stage mega New Year's fireworks

It will provide tourists to Harbin – capital of China's northernmost Heilongjiang province – with the chance to enjoy the glorious aerial displays, while admiring giant ice buildings illuminated by multi-colored lights.
The fireworks show will officially start at 8:30 pm despite the extreme cold in the city.
