During the congress, Party deputies will listen to and review reports by the 12th CPC Heilongjiang Provincial Committee and the 12th CPC Heilongjiang Provincial Discipline Inspection Committee.
They will also elect the 13th CPC Heilongjiang Provincial Committee, the 13th CPC Heilongjiang Provincial Discipline Inspection Committee, and deputies to the 20th CPC National Congress.
