A delegation led by Zhang Anshun, Party secretary of Harbin in China's northernmost Heilongjiang province, paid a visit to the Harbin New Zone and Daowai district on May 6 to learn about the development of local enterprises and help them overcome difficulties.
 
The delegation visited Harbin Powerway Power Equipment Co and the Harbin subsidiary of  China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) on the same day.
 
Harbin Powerway Power Equipment Co mainly provides technical services for the operation and maintenance of large-scale State-owned open-pit mine transportation equipment, and is a national leader in the industry.
   
Zhang listened himself with the company's production and operation conditions, market prospects and future development plans, and encouraged the company to continuously improve the localization level of its industrial chain and supply chain, so as to contribute to the high-quality development of the regional industrial economy.
 
At the Harbin branch of CNPC, Zhang spoke highly of the company's operations last year.
 
The company has overcome a number of challenges such as the impact of the epidemic, adjusted its production and operation strategies in a timely manner, and accelerated production progress. Last year, many of the company's technical and economic indicators exceeded expectations.
