Harbin decorated for 20th CPC National Congress

The square of Qunli Music Park in Harbin, capital city of China's northernmost Heilongjiang province, has been decorated to celebrate the opening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
The decorations consist of flowers, greenery and slogans.
