The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) officially kicked off in the national capital Beijing on Oct 16.
A report of the 19th CPC Central Committee to the 20th CPC National Congress was delivered, which triggered an enthusiastic response, studying and much discussion among people involved in rural affairs in Harbin, capital city of China's northernmost Heilongjiang province.
