The second session of the 16th Harbin municipal people's congress officially kicked off in Harbin, capital of China's northernmost Heilongjiang province, on Jan 5.
 
During the conference, deputies from all walks of life will represent the people of the city and make proposals related to Harbin's vitalization and development in the new year.

Review of the work report of the Harbin municipal people's government;
 
Review of the report on the implementation of Harbin's 2022 national economic and social development plan and the 2023 national economic and social development draft plan;
 
Review of the report on the implementation of Harbin's 2022 budget and the 2023 draft budget;
 
Review of the work report of the standing committee of the Harbin municipal people's Congress;
 
Review of the work report of the Harbin intermediate people's court;
 
Review of the work report of the Harbin people's procuratorate;
 
Election of Harbin deputies to attend the 14th Heilongjiang Provincial People's Congress;
 
Decision regarding the composition of the relevant special committees of the 16th Harbin people's congress.
