The economic and trade activity "German enterprises experience Harbin" officially kicked off in Harbin New Zone in Harbin, the capital city of China's northernmost Heilongjiang province, on Feb 22.
 
It was jointly sponsored by the Harbin municipal government and AHK Greater China.
 
This activity is the first matchmaking activity carried out by AHK Greater China in Northeast China.
 
It's also the first large-scale offline foreign-related economic and trade investment promotion activity held in Harbin after the optimization and adjustment of the epidemic prevention and control policies.
 
At the meeting held on Feb 22, the management committee of Harbin New Zone, the German Chamber of Commerce in China, and the Sino-German Economic and Cultural Exchange Association of Lai-Ferrand signed a cooperation agreement on the construction of the Sino-German production-education integration training center. They also signed a strategic cooperation agreement for a cooperative school project.
 
Two parallel forums, one on enterprise matchmaking and the other on vocational education matchmaking, were also held on that same day.
 
The activity played an essential role in boosting economic and trade cooperation between Harbin and the German chamber of commerce.
