A group of 30 exhibitors representing Harbin, capital city of China's northernmost Heilongjiang province, will shine their products at the 19th China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industries Fair. The fair is scheduled to commence on June 7 in Shenzhen, Guangdong province.
 
It is the 11th consecutive year that Harbin participates in the fair independently and set up its exhibition pavilion.
 
The Harbin exhibition pavilion for this year spans an expansive area of 390 square meters (466 square yards). It is divided into five sections, each highlighting a distinct aspect of Harbin's cultural richness. These sections include "unlimited creativity," "snowy charm," "Harbin gifts," "unique cultural products," and "colorful arts and crafts." Through these exhibits, visitors can explore and appreciate the cultural specialties of the northern city renowned for its ice and snow.
 
With fashion, innovation, and practicality as crucial design elements, the pavilion uses eco-friendly space frames as the main structure. It incorporates numerous modern display techniques, such as LED screens and light strips, to present Harbin's cultural features.
 
As a first-time participant in the fair, Harbin Aochuang Sports Development Co will exhibit ice curling, ice disc equipment, and culturally creative products related to these sports.
 
Ice sports, particularly ice disc, have proliferated in Harbin recently. Harbin was the first city in Asia to introduce ice disc as a sport.
