The Heilongjiang delegation to the second session of the 14th National People's Congress (NPC) convened for a group meeting in Beijing on March 6.
 
During the meeting, they reviewed the government work report and examined the report on the 2023 national economic and social development plan and the draft plan for 2024. They also reviewed the report on the execution of the 2023 central and local budgets and the draft budgets for 2024.
 
Deputies, including Yu Yang, Guo Hongwei, Chen Yujia, Liu Lei, Xing Yuntang, and Yu Jiaao, put forward a multitude of suggestions and opinions. This includes those that call for accelerating the improvement of the healthcare service system, facilitating the integration of the digital economy with the real economy, and legal support for rural vitalization.
 
They also made suggestions on enhancing the level of openness to the outside world, deepening reforms in the logistics system, and harnessing the leading role of State-owned enterprises in developing new productive forces.
