At 7:30 am on Aug 25, the starting gun for the 2024 Harbin Marathon was fired, marking the beginning of an exhilarating race.

A vibrant crowd of 30,000 domestic and international runners gathered to participate in this grand event.

This year's marathon featured three categories: the full marathon, the half marathon, and a mini-run.
 
Significant improvements were made to the racecourse for this year's event. All three categories started from the picturesque Music Corridor in Harbin Music Park. The finish lines were strategically placed at iconic locations: the Sun Stone Square on Sun Island, the Harbin Municipal Government Square, and the Harbin Music Museum in Qunli.

The route covered several of Harbin's major scenic spots and connected a tapestry of cultural and natural landmarks, including music, rivers, islands, bays, and wetlands.
