It will be held both online and offline, with one main offline host site in Sun Island and another three sub-sites in the Harbin Central Avenue, the Chinese-Baroque Historic Block, and the Harbin International Convention and Exhibition Center.

The main exhibition hall has an exhibition area of 23,000 square meters, and the total exhibition area will exceed 50,000 sq m.

There are expected to be nearly 500 exhibiting companies and nearly 900 booths. The professional audience is expected to number nearly 30,000, and the number of visitors is expected to exceed 120,000.

Activities during the festival include an opening ceremony, float parades, on-site food cooking demonstrations, artistic and intangible cultural heritage performances, cooking competitions, and product exhibitions and sales.

In order to better arouse public enthusiasm, the festival organizer will cooperate with well-known e-commerce platforms such as Meituan and Eleme and local physical stores to carry out online and offline catering and delicacy promotions for a week.

For promotional activities, UnionPay will also provide offline financial support for physical stores to fully arouse the public's enthusiasm for consumption and promote the recovery and growth of the catering industry.
