China Harbin International Scientific Expo

The China Harbin International Scientific Achievement Expo is an international scientific achievement expo jointly organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China, the People’s Government of Heilongjiang Province and the Harbin municipal government. It is held every two years.
The expo invites high-level professional experts from Russia and other CIS countries to bring their projects. Since 2006, the Harbin Scientific Achievement Expo has been successfully held three times in the city, inviting about 600 experts and scholars from nine countries, including Russia, Ukraine and Belarus, and displaying over 4,000 achievements. About 10 cities and provinces in China have signed more than 500 cooperation agreements. It plays a high-end supporting role in bio-pharmaceuticals, equipment manufacturing, new materials and modern agricultural fields, effectively improving the self-innovation capacity and product competitiveness of the city and promoting cooperation, friendship and development between overseas countries and regions.
